Dynamism, quality and service

Servichap

Hot rolled

Description and applications: sheet metal, continuous hot rolled bands and strips, made of steel alloys and non-alloy steel, not coated.

Production process: obtained through hot reduction of a roughed slab, in a continuous or semi-continuous train. Then, it is protected by applying a layer of oil on both sides.

Meets standards: UNE-EN 10025, UNE-EN 10111 and UNE-EN 10051

Pickling

Description and applications: sheet metal, continuous hot rolled bands and strips, made of steel alloys and non-alloy steel, not coated.

High yield strength and used for cold stamping or shaping

Servichap

Cold rolled

Description and applications: low carbon flat cold rolled steel products with a high yield strength and used for cold stamping or shaping.

Production process: obtained through stripping, thinning and a thermal treatment process to generate the crystalline structure. Finally the coils are subjected to a tempering process, to harden the surface and create the final finish.

Meets standards:UNE-EN 10130, UNE-EN 10268, UNE-EN 10209 and UNE-EN 10131

Zinc coating

Description and applications: continuous hot-dipped zinc coated flat steel products.

Production process: steel coated with a layer of zinc or iron-zinc applied using a continuous hot-dipping process to provide these materials with an excellent protection against corrosion.

Meets standards: UNE-EN 10346 and UNE-EN 10143

Pre-lacquered

Description and applications: flat steel products, continuously coated with organic materials (pre-lacquered).

Production process: comprised of several layers of metal-base and metallic coating to provide the steel with its aesthetic and functional properties. Pre-treatment, priming and coating of one or both sides.
