State of the art technology for making longitudinal cuts

With this process and from a coil, strips are obtained of different widths, weights and quality according to the needs of the clients.

The material is supplied to the client packaged and/or stacked according to their specifications.

Servichap also offers an in-bond manufacturing service.

LONGITUDINAL CUT LINE 0.2/2 MM

Specifications:

  • Maximum weight of the coil: 25 T
  • Maximum Rm: 550 N /mm2

Strip:

  • Width: between 25 and 1500 mm and thickness: between 0.2 and 2 mm

Transverse Cut

State of the art technology for making transverse cuts

From a steel coil and after the production process, cut sheet packages are obtained according to the needs of each client.

These sheets are then stacked on tailor made wooden pallets.

Servichap also offers an in-bond manufacturing service.

  • Maximum Rm: 550 N /mm2

Cut:

  • Width: between 0 and 1500 mm; length: between 0 and 6000 mm and thickness: between 0.5 and 4.0 mm

TRANSVERSE CUT LINE 4/10 MM

Specifications:

  • Maximum weight of the coil: 25 T
  • Maximum Rm: 550 N /mm2

Cut:
